Recently I saw an article that made mention of the similarities between long covid and Havana Syndrome (at end of this post). Alarms are going off in my head.
The issue of increasing neurological and brain harm CAN NOT be conflated with questions about covid and the efficacy of vaccines.
Could we take a quantum healing leap to address preventable environmental causes of brain inflammation that lead to disease diagnosis, with “significant suffering and debility” that were already skyrocketing pre-pandemic, without falling into the covid divide/civil war?
Now that we have non-invasive tools to detect harm to the brain and the blood-brain barrier, years before degeneration progresses to disease diagnosis. can we stop the damage, before the tsunami, and rethink the safety of our RFR-based technologies?
Can we re-check assumptions about Havana, Cuba, Crickets, and now Russia? Can we scrutinize whether to continue mandating smart meters? About whether or not we can truly colonize Mars?

2. Next Chapter: Forget Cuba, U.S. Intelligence Agency’s Report on ‘Havana Syndrome’ It’s Crickets!
I was astounded 2 years ago when the ‘high-ranking US intelligence agency’ JASON’s report blaming the Anurogryllis celerinictus Indies Short-Tailed Cricket Mating Call for Havana Syndrome was released,
and the mainstream media and public apparently believed it?
despite the fact that the cricket does not live or mate in many locales where harm occurred?
I remember finding a link describing of a storm that supposedly delivered the crickets from their natural habitat to a reported AHI Anomalous Health Incident (as in, the cricket was transported via hurricane). I was gutted by the exploitation of the public’s trust.
I still am. You can’t make this stuff up, and yet, someone(s) did.
In September of 2021, BuzzFeed News reported “Noises linked to mysterious injuries among US diplomats in Cuba were most likely caused by crickets — not microwave weapons — according to a declassified scientific review commissioned by the US State Department and obtained by BuzzFeed News” “It concluded that the sounds accompanying at least eight of the original 21 Havana syndrome incidents were “most likely” caused by insects. That same scientific review also judged it “highly unlikely” that microwaves or ultrasound beams — now widely proposed by US government officials to explain the injuries — were involved in the incidents. And though the report didn’t definitively conclude what caused the injuries themselves, it found that “psychogenic” mass psychology effects may have played a role.”
“The team was given eight recordings of incidents linked to injuries and performed an extensive analysis of two cellphone video recordings from one patient. After extensive comparison with recordings of various insect species, they concluded with “high confidence” that the sounds in that case came from a particularly loud species of cricket, Anurogryllis celerinictus.”

“A mainstay of the national security arena for decades, JASON contains the nation’s brightest technical minds. “This is a high-powered group of expert scientists examining this question,” said former Los Alamos National Laboratory chemist Cheryl Rofer. “This appears to be a very thorough scientific analysis, the kind which wasn’t done in the National Academies of Sciences report.” [] “What is available in the report is pretty dubious about directed energy weapons,” she said, “and pretty positive about crickets.”
This is despite the fact that the ‘sound’ of crickets has never been causally linked to brain damage and other documented injuries, and the fact that injuries to diplomatic personnel were reported in locales and during seasons where no indies short tail crickets were attempting to mate.
The cricket’s locale reportedly includes Florida and Cuba, but not other “Havana” locations, including Vietnam, where Vice President Harris’ trip was cancelled ‘due to an anomalous health incident’ in 2021. 3. National Academies and Havana: Science-Based Inquiry and Pulsed Radio Frequencies, (vs the CIA)
In December of 2020, the press release “New Report Assesses Illnesses Among U.S. Government Personnel and Their Families at Overseas Embassies” was issued by the National Academies, stating, in part, In examining plausible causes of these illnesses, the committee that conducted the study and wrote the report considered the possibilities of directed, pulsed radio frequency energy, chemical exposures, infectious diseases such as Zika, and psychological issues. An Assessment of Illness in U.S. Government Employees and Their Families at Overseas Embassies says that among the mechanisms the committee considered, directed, pulsed radio frequency energy appears to be the most plausible mechanism in explaining these cases, especially in individuals with the distinct early symptoms. Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD) — a functional (not psychiatric) vestibular disorder that may be triggered by vestibular, neurologic, or other medical and psychological conditions — is a secondary reinforcing mechanism, as well as the possible additive effects of psychological conditions.
SUMMARY: The acute initial, sudden-onset, distinctive, and unusual symptoms and signs are difficult to ascribe to psychological and social factors. However, the significant variability and clinical heterogeneity of the illnesses affecting DOS personnel leave open the possibility of multiple causal factors including psychological and social factors. These factors could exacerbate other causes of illness and cannot be ruled out as contributing to some of the cases, especially some of the chronic symptoms or later in the course of illness in some cases. Finally, the committee concurred with the diagnosis of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD), a functional (not psychiatric) vestibular disorder that may be triggered by vestibular, neurologic, other medical and psychological conditions and may explain some chronic signs and symptoms in some patients. “The committee found these cases quite concerning, in part because of the plausible role of directed, pulsed radiofrequency energy as a mechanism, but also because of the significant suffering and debility that has occurred in some of these individuals,” said committee chair David Relman, Thomas C. and Joan M. Solution/Response 3: Incoming administration pro-actively implements concerted, coordinated, and comprehensive approach to the question of harm caused directly by non-ionizing radiation that includes civilians. This includes reconsideration/recognition of research produced by Russian scientists over 60 years ago indicating harm.

4. 2023 Political Tough Talkin’: National Intelligence Council: “It Is “Very Unlikely” A Foreign Adversary Is Responsible for The Reported AHIs”
In March of 2023, the National Intelligence Council issued its “Updated Assessment of Anomalous Health Incidents” stating, ”The IC pursued three separate lines of inquiry: the first encompassed work determining whether available data points to the involvement of a foreign adversary in the incidents; the second focused on the feasibility and existence of deliberate mechanisms that an adversary might use against US personnel to cause AHIs; and the third evaluated whether medical analysis can help determine if an outside actor is involved in the broad range of phenomena and symptoms associated with AHIs. Based on the results of these three lines of inquiry, most IC agencies have concluded that it is “very unlikely” a foreign adversary is responsible for the reported AHIs.” SOURCE The 4-page report explains confidence ratios and provides the opinion of several unnamed intelligence agencies but provides no explanation for its conclusions.
Solution/Response 4: Incoming administration admits that exposure to EMF/RF (and not crickets) can and has been weaponized, and causes harm to health and environment, whether intentional or not, as noted by Russian research 60 years ago. U.S. works with Russian, China, BRICS nations and others to address non-thermal effects of non-ionizing radiation, immediately, before funding any more investment in RFR- based telecommunications infrastructure.

5. Backing Up the Train: 2018 Dr. Beatrice Golomb and Pulsed Radio Frequency Microwave Radiation
As reported by the Environmental Health Trust, “In 2018, Dr. Beatrice Golomb shared with the US State Department her published paper, “Diplomats’ Mystery Illness and Pulsed Radiofrequency/Microwave Radiation,” which states, “A tremendous number of physicians and scientists and entities and scientific studies and government reports, in many nations, over many decades, have identified that RF/MW causes symptoms consistent with the spectrum now described for diplomats.” Her paper concludes that “reported facts appear consistent with radiofrequency microwave as the source of injury in diplomats in Cuba. Non-diplomats citing symptoms from radiofrequency microwave, often with an inciting pulsed-radiofrequency microwave exposure, report compatible health conditions.”

6. March 2024 Havana Syndrome: Nothing to See Here! No Brain Injuries! No Trace of Harm!
In March 2024, mainstream news outlets carried headlines about two new studies investigating Havana Syndrome: Another JASON intelligence report, and an NIH study.
The Washington Post headline stated, “NIH probe of ‘Havana syndrome’ finds no sign of brain injuries” The New York Times reported, “New Studies Find No Evidence of Brain Injury in Havana Syndrome Cases (Please use the headline to find the link as it does not copy) National Public Radio NPR’s headline read, “In Havana syndrome patients, NIH scientists find no physical trace of harm’’ The Guardian noted, “Medical studies find no trace of physical harm in Havana syndrome patients ABC News reported, “New study finds no brain injuries among ‘Havana syndrome’ patients CNN’S headline reported, “Despite symptoms, NIH research finds no evidence of ‘Havana syndrome’ in brain scans.” Breitbart News declared, “Studies find no brain injury in ‘Havana syndrome’ patients.”
On March 18, 2024 Scientific American reported, “In 2017, when word of Havana syndrome first broke, news reports widely suggested that “sonic weapons” had played a role. A year later news outlets replaced this claimed potential cause with “microwave” weapons. Then, by 2019, they suggested that “pulsed” microwaves explained the injuries, and the NASEM report later judged that idea as the most plausible cause late that year. Unknown to that report’s writers, a 2018 U.S. Department of State–sponsored technical report conducted by a highly regarded technical group called JASON, which was only declassified later, had already cast doubt on the theory that the injuries were caused by any kind of electromagnetic effect. (Crickets likely explained incident noises, it suggested.) Those doubts also appeared in a 2022 follow-on report from the same experts.

That doesn’t work if you use an MRI to deny tissue damage, and don’t listen to what people are telling you about what they are experiencing.
What Did the Articles (not the headlines) Say? There are a number of implications to be drawn from the contrast between the different headlines and a deeper dive into the content. One is that it is important to read the articles, and not just the headlines. Another is that especially in an election year, priorities regarding issues including national defense can skew “news reporting.”
The studies did not find “no harm.” As reported by ABC, An array of advanced tests found no brain injuries or degeneration among U_S_ diplomats who suffer mysterious health problems once dubbed “Havana syndrome” “While that couldn’t rule out some transient injury when symptoms began, researchers said it’s good news that they couldn’t spot long-term markers on brain scans that are typical after trauma or stroke.” “A subset, about 28%, of Havana syndrome cases were diagnosed with a balance problem called persistent postural-perceptual dizziness, or PPPD. Linked to inner-ear problems as well as severe stress, it results when certain brain networks show no injury but don’t communicate properly. French called it a “maladaptive response,” much like how people who’ve slouched to alleviate back pain can have posture trouble even after the pain is gone. The Havana syndrome participants reported more fatigue, posttraumatic stress symptoms and depression. The findings are the latest in an effort to unravel a mystery that began when personnel at the U.S. embassy in Cuba began seeking medical care for hearing loss and ear-ringing after reporting sudden weird noises.
CNN noted: “The study concluded that whatever caused Havana syndrome seems to create symptoms “without persistent or detectable physiologic changes. A lack of evidence for a brain injury does not necessarily mean that no injury is present or that it did not occur at the time of the AHI.”
One of the most important commentaries about the studies was provided in the CNN article. “These findings suggest that the origin of the symptoms of participants with AHIs may not be linked to an MRI-identifiable injury to the brain,” the study concluded. This means that harm may not be able to be identified via an MRI. It does not mean that no harm is present.
Most of the symptoms identified by the U.S. military back in 1971 that were associated with microwave exposure would not show up on an MRI, including but not limited to headaches, tinnitus, infertility and cataracts.)
Solution/Response 6: Incoming administration rejects outdated medical testing methods that will not detect harm and replaces decision-based evidence-making with evidence-based decision-making. Incoming administration demands using new testing methods that quantify damage to the brain and the blood brain barrier - by independent researchers using innovative and non-invasive testing of biomarkers for brain and neurological damage. Incoming administration rejects “intelligence agency” guidance and replaces propaganda with actual science.

7. Regarding Smart Meters and Tin Foil Hats and Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity: Civilians Also Under the Bus

As Dr. Golomb noted, the symptoms reported by diplomats mirrored complaints by civilians about harm that occurred when wireless smart utility meters were deployed during the Obama administration, - for which no regulatory or health agency was tasked with investigating.

A portion of this injured civilian population identified a symptom-triggering event that caused tinnitus, collapse, dizziness, headache, disturbed sleep, and sensations/pain to the head, mirroring the complaints of injured diplomats. It was the meter. Smart meter installations have driven some people from their homes and isolated others.

Of particular concern is the fact that those responsible for deploying smart meters, from the telecom and utility industries, engaged the services of mercenary experts working in the unethical field of product defense to attest to the safety of smart meters, instead of allowing the health complaints to evolve knowledge of safety.
(This includes emerging evidence of electrical pollution caused by the switch mode power supply’s contamination of the 60 Hz cycle, rendering radio-free opt out meters an inadequate accommodation for vulnerable ratepayers.)
Americans also face additional risks due to lax regulation in the U.S. regarding ground current. “In 1992 the electrical utilities elected to put in a ground pole to the Earth rather than putting in a bigger neutral wire. By 1978, 70% was returning to the substation through the Earth and the widespread use of the Earth.” - Source This is not the case in Europe and countries more protective of health, farming, and the environment.)
Not unlike using MRIs to deny the presence of brain damage, when utilities received health complaints, they took RF measurements of devices to check for compliance with theoretical guidelines that have never been tested, and therefore, are not standards. The industry and its regulators also averaged peak transmissions.
This is akin to averaging the impact of a sledgehammer or strobe light, and biologically inaccurate.
No biologically-based premarket testing or actual post market investigation took place. Instead, implications about tin foil hats, the nocebo effect, and mental illness were/are promoted and perpetuated by the media and the public, including sustainability/clean energy advocates.
Solution/Response 7: Incoming administration and sustainability advocates hold the FCC accountable for addressing the court ruling regarding its failure to justify its 1996 RF exposure guidelines, addresses regulatory capture, and prohibits outsourcing of health expertise to mercenaries and industry ‘science’ (malfeasance). Clean energy community humbles itself before the harm it inflicted and immediately alters course.
“The court held that the FCC failed to respond to “record evidence that exposure to RF radiation at levels below the Commission’s current limits may cause negative health effects unrelated to cancer.” Further, the agency demonstrated “a complete failure to respond to comments concerning environmental harm caused by RF radiation.” The court found the FCC ignored numerous organizations, scientists and medical doctors who called on them to update limits and the court found the FCC failed to address these issues:

Update: September 2024: NIH Cancels ‘Havana Syndrome’ Research, Citing Unethical Coercion of Participants
Although the public may have been (TEMPORARILY) reassured by the March headlines implying that ‘no brain damage could be found in Havana Syndrome study participants,’ less press coverage was given to the fact that the National Institute of Health’s unethical study was subsequently halted.
CNN reported “The National Institutes of Health said Friday that it is stopping its research of what’s commonly known as Havana syndrome, a mysterious illness experienced by a number of spies, soldiers and diplomats who have reported sudden debilitating symptoms of unknown origin. The NIH said it would end the work “out of an abundance of caution” after an internal investigation found that people had been coerced into to being part of the research. The coercion, the agency specified, was not on its own part, but the NIH did not elaborate as to who may have forced the participation. However, it noted that voluntary consent is a fundamental pillar of the ethical conduct of research. Some of the people who reported being sick previously claimed that the CIA made them join the research as a prerequisite for getting health care. A CIA official said the agency takes “any claim of coercion, or perceived coercion, extremely seriously and fully cooperated with NIH’s review of this matter, and have offered access to any information requested.” The official told CNN the CIA Inspector General is aware of the NIH’s findings and the prior related allegations.”

International epidemiological data from 2015, long before Covid, demonstrates an alarming increase in deaths via neurological disease.

Bournemouth University (U.K) researchers Colin Pritchard and Emily Rosenorn-Lanng published their study, Neurological deaths of American adults (55–74) and the over 75’s by sex compared with 20 Western countries 1989–2010: Cause for concern in 2015. The researchers showed that deaths due to neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia were, in fact, rising in the twenty-one Western countries, with especially alarming increases for women in the United States. In August of 2015, the Washington Post reported,” The study [] found that the disease is now being regularly diagnosed in people in their late 40s and that death rates are soaring. [] The problem was particularly acute in the United States, where neurological deaths in men aged over 75 have nearly tripled and in women risen more than fivefold.”

Thoughts on Closing
We need a concerted, coordinated, and comprehensive approach to investigate RF/EMF injuries being reported by civilians, including utility ratepayers, and not only diplomats. We can learn from international science, and historical U.S. military science, and from citizen science based on real world conditions, and not theoretical, untested, unsubstantiated defenses.
We know much more about the difference between a healthy brain and a degenerating and damaged brain than we are telling ourselves. We have accessible medical tests that can quantify unfolding damage, while the individual still feels fine and is not exhibiting any symptoms, years before a disease diagnosis. Whether from an unknown source, or an enemy of the state, or from an unsafe utility meter or a telecommunications tower, we need independent investigation.
We need transparent data regarding RF exposures, and accurate detection meters in communities.

Regardless of who leads agencies in the next administration, one hopes that investigative reporting will circle back to Cuba, to crickets, to civilian injuries, to concussion symptoms with no concussions, without invoking covid as another cover story and a possible basis for medically based disaster capitalism.
