Heart Health, SCHOOL CELL PHONE BANS, Harris and Havana? Drs Davis and Dunkley, UK video re: 5G FRAUD
A bit of background re: EMF against US politics dog and pony show. There are articles making the rounds about the fact that candidate Kamala Harris is being photographed holding wired headsets, stating that she uses them for security reasons, and avoids bluetooth, which is absurd when a cellphone is in use.
Another article recently stated that she wears them to avoid interacting with reporters.
Kamala Harris Doesn't Use Bluetooth Headphones. Here's Why That's Smart — And What You Should Do With Yours. In 2021, Politico offered some insight into Harris’ headphones preference, reporting that she “has long felt that Bluetooth headphones are a security risk” and “insists on using wired headphones” as a result, according to three anonymous former campaign aides. and Kamala Harris slammed for holding phone connected to headphones up to her ear to avoid the press: ‘So fake’ and https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/outrage-fox-news-slams-kamala-harris-for-wearing-ear-buds-on-phone-call/ar-AA1pVdI2 She’s starting to use phony tactics. Vice President Kamala Harris brushed past reporters and boarded Air Force Two on Monday with her cellphone out and headphones firmly planted in both ears, a time-honored trick in Washington to avoid pesky questions from the press. Harris, 59, glanced back and waved at the scrum of reporters near the plane’s steps, pausing again at the top of the ramp to adjust her headphone while at the same time holding her phone up to her left ear.
Is it possible that she wears them to avoid holding a phone to her brain?
In addition, the Havana post today implies that Harris as well as Biden have been injured via Havana syndrome (or long covid). One of the more embarrassing aspects of the ‘news’ is that the party affiliation usually reveals itself - bias prevails. I mention these stories because of the ties to questions about EMF science, and not because of any affiliation to the politics.
I also included OT post today from Charles E. who was working on the Kennedy campaign, which is the only one that was speaking about the risks of wireless technologies, to my knowledge. We live in interesting times.
I highly recommend the video that the UK community produced re: 5G approval, which did remind me on Monty Python.
An international morphic field is forming re; consciousness, which is a frequency. We are in warrior training to recover the power of insight and a neutral, empowered. (not-triggered) mind.

CHILDREN SCHOOLS CELL PHONES: In the deep end: Parsing the conundrum of smartphones in the classroom Twenty years ago, fewer than half of American teenagers had cellphones; today, 95 percent have smartphones. Concerned with their impact on learning, nearly 80 percent of U.S. schools had barred nonacademic phone usage by 2020, while governments from France to China have banned them from classrooms outright. Still, some see smartphones as powerful tools for education and an unavoidable part of modern life that kids need help learning to manage. What’s the healthiest approach? [] The research on phones in classrooms is crystal clear: The negatives outweigh the positives to an extreme degree. The first step for students to manage their digital habits is to learn how to focus, make friends and exist without their phones. It’s in everybody’s best interest for schools to implement bans. Smartphones are the bane of a distraction-prone demographic. According to a UNESCO study published last year, it can take students up to 20 minutes to refocus on schoolwork when they look at their phones to peep a text message or send a thumbs-up emoji. Even the urge to check can throw them off track. Recent research tells us that deep focus is the foundation of learning and productivity. In experiments conducted by a Boston University researcher, when smartphones were removed from classrooms, “it was very, very clear (the students) were better able to focus.” [] If a teacher’s job is to nurture an environment conducive to learning, they must be allowed to keep these issues out of school. At the same time, students need to be present in class — and nowhere else. MSN
CHILDREN SCHOOL CELL PHONE BANS: PETALUMA COMMUNITY GROUP ACTS NOW, CHOOSING NOT TO WAIT FOR STATE ACTION Parents and residents came together to let the Petaluma City Schools know that the time is now to acknowledge immediate and long-term harms of phone use. They want the classroom to be a place of learning and connections by not having phones available throughout the day. Our colleague Piper Primrose, CA Safe Tech in Schools Outreach Coordinator with the Environmental Health Trust, participated in developing power point presentations and other aspects of the Petaluma effort. "We need to prevent the loss of one more year of our children's lives to highly addictive and life-damaging phones at school," she states. While some parents are slow to acknowledge the impact of wireless radiation on children's (and their own) health, this particular comprehensive Power Point version does include radiation harms as one of multiple reasons for phone-free days. Other issues involve privacy, bullying, body image problems, cognitive impairment, social/emotional delays, increased suicide rates, stress on teachers and families and more. CHILDREN SCHOOLS CELLPHONE BANS POLITICO: Some hiccups emerge with school cell phone bans In all, seven states have banned or restricted cellphone use in schools, according to a review this month from the Kaiser Family Foundation. Fourteen have introduced bills doing the same, and six more are testing out pilot programs or issuing recommendations with similar goals. Among the bills underway is California's Phone-Free Schools Act, which cleared the state legislature in August and is expecting the governor’s signature. It would mandate every school district to develop a policy to curb smartphone use. Altogether, these policies represent a big shift in the debate over how to reduce the harms of social media on kids’ mental health and welfare. Instead of pointing fingers at platforms — which Congress has repeatedly struggled to regulate — they turn the attention to physical devices themselves, regardless of the manufacturers or app operators behind them. Complicating the matter, a recent school shooting in Georgia renewed a common worry among opponents — that depending on how they’re implemented, these policies might leave kids unable to contact their parents during an emergency. Those fears, in combination with logistical complications, even delayed a promised school cellphone ban in New York City this summer. California state Sen. Josh Becker, a Democrat, said he drew from his own children’s experiences and that of earlier bans in San Mateo County when deciding to vote in favor of the Phone-Free Schools Act. One company has a tempting answer: If tech is the problem, maybe tech is the solution. In June, Becker promoted a company called Yondr when applauding California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s vow to severely restrict the use of smartphones during the school day. [] Becker, for one, says he thinks the policy debate could shift back to platforms. “I still think we’re at the early stages of grappling with this,” he said. POLITICO
HAVANA SYNDROME: Does Kamala Harris Have Health Problems With Long COVID 'Brain Fog' or Havana Syndrome? With so many analysts claiming that Kamala Harris has a public speaking problem and the Harris Campaign’s incessant refusal to do interviews in recent months, we are all concerned about Kamala Harris’s potential health problems and ability to lead. Is it possible that Kamala Harris has some hard-core “Long COVID” health issues? Kamala Harris tested positive for COVID-19 on April 26, 2022. According to reports, she experienced symptoms and was treated with antiviral medication. Which anti-virals was her body subjected to? While she isolated and worked remotely during her recovery, nobody has discussed her recovery or plausible injuries? []Secondly, "Havana Syndrome" refers to a series of mysterious health incidents reported by U.S. diplomats and intelligence officers, starting in Havana, Cuba, in late 2016. Affected individuals reported symptoms such as hearing strange noises, headaches, dizziness, nausea, ear pain, head pressure, memory loss, and even brain injuries. People now speculate that Kamala Harris, Joe Biden and even Hillary Clinton have covered up or been injured by COVID or hit by some type of Communist Cuban “Brain-Fog” weapon. Remember, both Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton have been to the hospital for related brain injuries over the recent years. Hillary Clinton even fainted or had a seizure on live television at the 9/11 Memorial Service. The Havanna Syndrome reports have found evidence that suggests Latin American Communists are behind numerous “anomalous health incidents” that have left dozens of American diplomats with prolonged injuries. Several theories claim that American diplomats have been hit with: DEW Directed Energy Weapons (microwave radiation), AW’s Acoustic Weapons, or even CPWs Chemical Poisoning Weapons. As of September 2024, Vice President Kamala Harris has traveled to several countries during her tenure as Border Czar, focusing on diplomacy, inflation, crime, economic partnerships, and addressing global issues such as the failed migration policies. []In conclusion, the speculation surrounding Vice President Kamala Harris's health, including concerns about Long COVID or even Havana Syndrome, raises important questions about her well-being and ability to lead. Given her history of COVID-19 infection and the potential long-term effects associated with it, as well as the mysterious symptoms linked to Havana Syndrome experienced by U.S. diplomats, it's understandable why some might be concerned about her public speaking challenges and reduced media presence. If you read the hundreds of news reports, it says VP Kamala’s visit to where the Havana Syndrome injury occurred was slightly delayed which is a bizarre assumption that she was not affected after she arrived a shortly thereafter. On August 24, 2021, a statement released by the State Department said Harris' office was made aware of "a report of a recent possible anomalous health incident," in Vietnam's capital city of Hanoi, referring to what the U.S. government has previously described as Havana syndrome, a string of unexplained health incidents first reported in 2016 by U.S. diplomats and embassy staff in Cuba. "After careful assessment, the decision was made to continue with the Vice President's trip," the statement said, without offering any further details. Overall, we know that Joe Biden was hidden from the public on a massive number of occasions. We also know that top officials including VP Harris hid or covered-up Joe Biden’s related mental health issues. So, it appears clear that the present staffs of the campaign and White House are hiding and coddling VP Harris each and every day, while she is unable to take questions or articulate anything related to policy or ideas. While we all hope she is healthy, this entire cover up is frightening voters across this nation that we may have two leaders with several brain-health problems and not just one. The Vice President's health and ability to perform her duties should be assessed with transparency and based on verified medical information, rather than conjecture. However, facts and behavioral are critical to diagnosing brain injury or TIA mini-strokes. With Kamala Harris only interview airing the other day, most people were shocked at the weakness of VIP Harris’s ability to remember and synthesize information into a coherent response. Overall, only time and the ability to speak and remember things will reveal the truth. (There is a list of related news links at the end of the article.) HEALTH: CELLPHONES AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE The following is shared courtesy of Steve Lett, a 30+ year health and wellness researcher. A large study (link below) of cell phone users recruited during the period of 2006-2010 looked at the relationship between the amount of cell phone use per week and the incidence of CVD (Cardiovascular Disease).
Steve’s summary from the study:
A total of 444,027 individuals from the UK Biobank without a history of CVD were included. Regular mobile phone use was defined as at least 1 call per week.
There was a significant and positive dose-response relationship between weekly mobile phone usage time and the risk of CVD (Cardiovascular Disease).
Compared with participants who used a mobile phone < 5 minutes per week, the risk of incident CVD was significantly higher in those who used a mobile phone:
5-29 minutes per week: 3% higher CVD risk
30-59 minutes per week: 7% higher CVD risk
1-3 hours per week: 13% higher CVD risk
4-6 hours per week: 15% higher CVD risk
>6 hours per week: 21% higher CVD risk
In regular mobile phone users, compared with those who used a mobile phone < 1 hour per week, those who used a mobile phone ³ 1 hour per week had a poorer sleep pattern, higher levels of neuroticism, and psychologic distress.
Also, in the present study a subset of participants (n = 43,885) underwent carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) ultrasound imaging in the years 2014-2020. There were 10,978 participants with increased CIMTs. Compared with nonregular mobile phone users, regular mobile phone users had a significantly higher risk of increased CIMT (odds ratio [OR] 1.11 = 11% higher risk)
Conclusion
Regular mobile phone use was significantly related to an increased risk of incident CVD and increased CIMT, particularly in those with a longer weekly mobile phone usage time.
In an editorial about this study in the same journal, they said:
Selection bias caused by the volunteer-based sampling approach used to recruit participants into the UK Biobank is possible. Restricting the study sample to older adult volunteers with complete exposure information and no history of CVD may have led to collider stratification bias, a common structural form of selection bias encountered within cardiovascular and geriatric research studies. However, it is likely that the introduction of this bias led to an underestimation of the true association between mobile phone use and incident CVD.

HEALTH: The Frequencies Of Fabric Why Synthetic Fabrics Make You Miserable (IMAGE) Link to article with more information here. When I read about Yellen’s research, I remembered when I was 18 and healing my autoimmune illness with an intensive nutritional protocol. I was nearly bedridden, and for months, all my energy went towards nursing myself back to health through research and the GAPS nutritional protocol. At this time, my sensitivity to clothing heightened. I found myself with intense craving for certain clothing, and repulsion towards other clothes. For these months, I wore only loose linen shirts, cotton shorts, and a cotton bathrobe. The Frequencies Of Fabric COURTESY SARAH
INDUSTRY: Brightspeed can replace copper with unique wireless technology. Brightspeed isn’t applying to the FCC to retire large swathes of copper. Instead it retires copper automatically for customers who are having service problems. It can replace copper with either fiber or a unique wireless technology Brightspeed is on a big mission to deploy more fiber, currently passing about 90,000 new premises per month with fiber. But it is also retiring copper on a home-by-home basis for customers who are experiencing service problems. Sometimes it moves these customers to fiber, but other times it moves them to a unique wireless service. Tom Maguire, CEO of Brightspeed, told Fierce Network that there are two approaches to copper retirement: proactive and reactive. Many telcos are working to ditch their creaky old copper assets, including AT&T, Verizon, Ziply and Lumen in the U.S., Telus in Canada, Telefonica in Spain and BT in the U.K. FIERCE NETWORK

POLITICS OT CHARLES EISTENSTEIN: Shades of Many Colors Trump, Kennedy, Palestine, Us, and Them. What is to be done? So what is to be done? Earlier, when I asked, “Why do you want to know [whether I support Trump]?” I was perhaps a little ungenerous in my response. It’s not just that people want to know whether I’m still an acceptable member of the group. There is also genuine consternation, confusion, vertigo in the face of swift and dramatic events. At such times we naturally look to Substack writers for guidance. That was supposed to be a joke.***Anyway, I’m not going to tell you whom you should vote for. I have a more important request. The world is in great peril and we have to step away from us-versus-them thinking NOW. [] Every hateful word, every dehumanizing smear, every note of mockery and contempt, every denunciation and condemnation that we put into the public square feeds the powers that would manipulate us into war, genocide, and fascism. And so, politicians and media set the example of hate for us to follow. It isn’t even deliberate — that’s the thing. It is just the way things are done. I don’t mean here to set up politicians and media as the new evil. They divide us. They teach us to hate each other. Don’t fall for it. That’s my request. Don’t fall for it. Instead, enter the political sphere with the questions that come from compassion and lead to love. That is the only revolution worth having. SUBSTACK
