Tuning in: Docile Consumers, Dementia, ‘Dysevolution,’ Electrical Poisoning, Microwave Hearing & Smart Meters
"A lot can go wrong when we keep making ourselves sick." Commentary on November's News w/ Some Solutions; Digital Dilemma Documentary
A plethora of topics intersected this month that have been rambling around in my head, some making my hair stand on end.
This includes an article by Bored Panda about dogs; the book ‘Breath’ by James Nestor; and a conversation/review of historical trends in the evolution of tools and technologies, including the fact that the cotton gin unleashed the largest wave of slavery that the world had even known.
It seems incomprehensible that during the Obama administration, smart electric meters were imposed as necessary to conserve electricity and optimize energy efficiency on the part of consumers. The forced roll-out and planned obsolescence continues. Yet now tech/surveillance is sleepwalking consumers into the grotesque water, energy, and concrete consumption required for data centers, including a return to nuclear power to meet increased demand, with very little awareness or pushback. AI is being automated into online searches, despite the fact that it reportedly uses 10x as much energy as a normal search. 5G uses more energy than 4G, not less.
This is juxtaposed with recognition of obscene concentration of wealth and power that has been born of tech, telecommunications, and social media giants enabled by ineffective regulation, inaccurate dogma masquerading as science, and lack of political engagement for the greater good.
Cellphone safety is ‘tested’ by taking the internal temperature of an inanimate dummy head sized for an adult male military recruit, filled with the equivalent of jell-o designed to represent ‘average tissue.” There is no biological basis for “averaging” tissues or extrapolating results from a 6-minute test. (If you placed your head in a microwave oven, the body would not respond based by averaging the qualities of the different tissues.)
Down-Regulating Dogs: Docile is Desirable
The article by Bored Panda that recently crossed my desk is Dogs May Be Entering A New Phase Of Evolution Due To Modern Human Life, According To Scientists “Scientists have discovered that dogs may be entering a new wave of domestication, as humans now seek to have companions that are friendlier and calmer. A few decades ago, dogs were seen as animals that could hunt, herd livestock, and offer protection. Nowadays, these canines may be morphing to fit into the largely sedentary, modern lifestyle of a human, evolving into animals more appropriate for an urban environment.”
What are humans morphing in to? Who is ‘domesticating’ and to what purpose?
What makes me so uneasy is the amount of time that inactive humans are tethered (leashed) to hyper-focus on individual screen devices; using only the senses of vision and/or hearing; via artificial disharmonious light and frequencies; subjected to targeted ads, commentary, news and opinion; while dissociated from the larger environment and one another, from time and chronobiology, and from their own physiological health.
Restoring Literacy with the Body’s Electromagnetics
Inactivity leads to lack of animation by the Lifeforce, which has been largely forgotten, and for which much of the modern world has lost the owner’s manual.
History may record this age as an even larger wave of slavery than the cotton gin, unless there is a very real resistance to the addiction borne of screens and devices, health and environmental harm, and frivolous unsafe experiments and applications of tech. Fortunately, resistance is growing,
Before I share more of my concerns, I would like to invite readers to watch an 8-minute video with osteopathic physician Dr. Christof Plothe of Germany, highlighting his clinical observations on the Wi-Fi memory effect and his use of a tuning fork to aid clients in recovering more quickly after returning to a pristine environment. This is part of a longer interview with Keith Cutter.
As long-time readers know, I have proposed that the body seeks to prioritize protecting the electromagnetic energies of the Heart and the Brain, via mechanical contraction of the electromagnetic pathways known as the Meridians.
I have proposed repeatedly that Gall Bladder Meridian, which runs along the outside edges of the body, serves as a primary electrical bodyguard, and is being unduly stressed by unnatural ambient exposures (currently driving the surgical assembly line).
Tension/contraction in the Gall Bladder Meridian impacts hip rotation.
From an energy literacy stance, if this pathway contracts as a protective defense, it will affect the head and the brain in ways that may be experienced as adverse symptoms.
The solution is to align with the body’s wisdom and to clean up the environment.
(The Law of Midnight of Chinese medicine explains a direct relationship between the Heart (high tide 11 am to 1 pm) and the Bladder (11 pm to 1 am) When one is at high tide, the other is low.)
In addition, the Pericardium Meridian, or Heart Protector, appears to be involved in protecting the Heart from inharmonious exposures by bracing the heart via contraction. Because Pericardium encompasses the piriformis muscle and gluts, this reinforces Dr. Plothe’s observation that Wi-Fi exposure interferes with the rotation of the hips, with an explanation that the mechanism is the Meridians.
Many sufferers of microwave illnesses report excessive muscular tension, especially upon awakening after being exposed to data dumps and other transmission while asleep - or attempting to sleep. This is indicative of the body’s inborn protective mechanisms gone awry - due to a polluted environment.
We already have maps available to us, to help us understand how the frequencies interact with our biologically active electric highways.
We have to decide if we demand that our tech accommodate our biology, or if we will continue to allow our health and that of others to falter.
Neurological Death is Death by 1,000 Cuts
Children are chronically ill, and adults are dying of neurological diseases at alarming rates, and not just because they are living longer. See: Neurological deaths of American adults (55–74) and the over 75’s by sex compared with 20 Western countries 1989–2010: Cause for concern. While both cancer and heart disease have benefitted from research and public health education campaigns, the growing population of families faced with the painful, emotionally draining, and expensive decline of a family member to Alzheimer’s and other dementias has not been supported by an investigation into the effects of the four pollutants that may most directly affect bio-electricity and brain health: electric fields, magnetic fields, microwave radio-frequencies, and dirty electricity.
We left the “Golden Age of Chemistry” unbridled expansion decades ago, and jumped to the electromagnetic spectrum, without heeding the lessons of juxtaposed, chronic, cumulative exposures. (See; National Academies: Identification of Research Needs Relating to Potential Biological or Adverse Health Effects of Wireless Communication Devices (2008)
This is not to say that other environmental pollutants including chemicals do not also need attention, but society and illusory economic growth remains mostly intoxicated, unquestionably, on wireless.
Holidays and Holes in the Blood Brain Barrier?
I read that diagnoses of mental impairment will skyrocket in the coming months, when families will spend time with elders that they only see for holidays. Commercials warn family members to watch for the signs of the loved one who gets lost going to the restaurant, and who can’t find the public restroom. This is a heartbreaking juxtaposition.
Are we looking at the wrong thing, - the symptom instead of the cause?
We may be looking at electrical poisoning.
The course correction is that we listen to individuals of all ages reporting harm associated with electrical pollution, investigate, obtain/demand full disclosure of exposures, take actual science-based measurements of electrical and electromagnetic pollution causing symptoms, and revise our unsubstantiated beliefs about safety, instead of watching and enabling disease onset. (See Keith Cutter of EMF Wisdom:
My concern about dementia has only become amplified as I learned of the work of Tom O’Bryan, who explains that brain damage can be unfolding for many years while individuals feel fine and report no symptoms.
Flashing Strobe Light or Jack Hammer = Stress, and Stop Minimizing or Misrepresenting It
I mention the full disclosure issue due to the sordid history of smart meter installations, with widespread industry claims that the meters ‘only transmit for a very small portion of the time. ‘
As reported by the EMF Safety Network, “In April of 2010 the EMF Safety Network filed an application with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) asking for hearings on health impacts, including “Smart” Meter radio frequency (RF) emissions data. We wrote: “PG&E’s paltry, inconsistent and contradictory information on RF emissions from Smart Meters is unbelievable and at odds with other RF expert findings. Several PG&E bulletins and spokespersons make varying claims on how often the Smart Meter electric meters transmit RF, anywhere from every hour to every 4 to 6 hours to 2% or 4% of the time. [] the CPUC rubber stamped PG&E’s claims of RF safety and dismissed our application stating: ”All radio devices in PG&E’s Smart Meters are licensed or certified by the FCC and comply with all FCC requirements.” “Smart Meters produce RF emissions far below the levels of many commonly used devices.”
PG&E provides information from Richard Tell Associates on their website []. It claims: The 1 watt transmitter is configured to transmit data approximately once every four hours back to the company so its duty cycle is very small (the actual data transmission duration during any four hour period will vary, however, depending on how often a particular meter transmitter acts as a repeater for other nearby meters).
From PG&E’s Smart Meter FAQ: SmartMeters™ utilize a low power (1 watt) wireless radio to send customer energy-usage information wirelessly to PG&E for data collection.….Do electric SmartMeters™ constantly emit RF? PG&E answers: No. SmartMeters™ communicate intermittently, with each RF-signal typically lasting from 2 to 20 milliseconds. These intermittent signals total, on average, 45 seconds per day. For the other 23 hours and 59 minutes of the day, the meter is not transmitting any RF.
In a letter to Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey, the FCC writes, “the devices [Smart Meters] normally transmit for less than one second a few times a day and consumers are normally tens of feet or more from the meter face…”
[] Recently CPUC administrative law judge Amy Yip-Kikugawa ordered all investor owned utilities (IOU’s ) to answer Smart Meter radio frequency (RF) questions. PG&E’s answers are an astounding confession! Question 2: How many times in total (average and maximum) is a smart meter scheduled to transmit during a 24-hour period?
PG&E says the average number of RF pulses for the electric meter would be about 10,000, per meter, per day and the maximum number over 190,000. 90% of these pulses are for the mesh network maintenance (signals bouncing from homes) and only 6 pulses are for reading the meter data. This doesn’t include Home Area Network transmissions.” – EMF Safety Network
I recently checked a newly installed smart meter from Eversource in Massachusetts, with a professional grade RF meter from Germany. It was transmitting a microburst of radiation about every 30 seconds.
The nervous system doesn’t experience this as “its only transmitting a very small percentage of the time.” The nervous system experiences this as continuous bursts of radiation.
The November 2024 article “Boosting Smart Meter Adoption Through Education” claims to dispel myths: Smart meters are a health threat because they communicate using wireless signals.
Truth: An in-depth review of the scientific literature by the World Health Organization revealed that the small amount of radio frequency (RF) energy produced by smart meters is not harmful to human health. RF emitted by smart meters is well below the limits set by the Federal Communications Commission and it is below levels produced by other common household devices like cell phones, baby monitors, satellite TVs, and microwaves. A person would have to be exposed to the RF from a smart meter for 375 years to get a dose equivalent to that of one year of 15-minute-per-day cell phone use. With over 25,000 articles published on the topic over the last 30 years, scientific knowledge in this area is now more extensive than for most chemicals.
References are not supplied to support the claims, but informed consumers will be alarmed to realize the extent to which tobacco science by tobacco scientists was used to justify smart meter safety, across the country.

Evolution Doesn’t Always Mean Progress
We could recognize independent and historical research (including Russia’s) and real-world narratives, instead of yielding to the severely compromised pro-industry and regulatory junk marketing. See 1 minute clip of Dave Stetzer discussing Russian research with Keith Cutter (full interview at end of post:)
Why has the U.S. ignored historical Russian science?
Evolution Doesn’t Always Mean Progress
As I read the article about dog breeds adapting to human inactivity, coincidentally, I am reading the book Breath, the New Science of a Lost Art, by James Nestor.
“Of the 5400 different species of mammals on the planet, humans are the only ones that have routinely misaligned jaws, overbites, underbites, and mangled teeth, a condition formally called malocclusion.”[]
“Why would we evolve to make ourselves sick?”
“Evolution doesn’t always mean progress” Evans told me. It means change. And life can change for better or worse. Today the human body is changing in ways that have nothing to do with survival of the fittest. Instead we’re adopting and passing down traits that are detrimental to our health. This concept, called dysevolution, was made popular by Daniel Lieberman.{}
Do You Hear What I Hear? Microwave Auditory Effect
When I first escaped to Massachusetts from Northern California’s smart meter deployment about ten years ago, I was fortunate to meet with a group of engineers who had been educated at MIT and WPI, who were willing to look at smart meter issues. Jim was kind enough to provide expert opinion and testimony to policy-makers challenging the falsehood that smart meters were needed to integrate solar and EVs into the grid, especially on homes that had neither.
At one point, we were talking about tinnitus complaints – which is just one of the many adverse health complaints associated with the meters, and Jim responded, “There is no way that humans can hear microwaves, because they are outside the range of human hearing.” I mentioned that there is another mechanism of hearing – the microwave auditory effect, that operates outside the range of human hearing, and that I could send him some information.
This conversation happened a few years before James Lin published his IEEE 2022 article, The Microwave Auditory Effect. “This paper reviews the research in humans and animals leading to scientific documentations that absorption of a single microwave pulse impinging on the head may be perceived as an acoustic zip, click, or knocking sound. A train of microwave pulses may be sensed as buzz, chirp, or tune by humans. It describes neurophysiological, psychophysical, and behavioral observations from laboratory studies involving humans and animals. Mechanistic studies show that the microwave pulse, upon absorption by tissues in the head, launches a pressure wave that travels by bone conduction to the inner ear, where it activates the cochlear receptors via the same process involved for normal sound hearing.”
“Impact Statement: Take-Home Messages •This paper describes neurophysiological, psychophysical, and behavioral observations from laboratory studies involving human and animal subjects. •Absorption of a single microwave pulse impinging on the head may be perceived as an acoustic zip, click, or knocking sound. •A train of microwave pulses may be sensed as an audible buzz, chirp, or tune by humans. •Mechanistic studies show absorption of microwave pulses by soft tissues in the head launches a thermoelastic pressure wave that travels in the brain •Depending on the power of the impinging microwave pulses, the level of induced sound pressure could be considerably above the threshold of auditory perception. •The microwave auditory effects and associated pressure waves could potentially render damage to brain tissues to cause lethal or nonlethal injury.” The Microwave Auditory Effect
Allan Frey Microwave Hearing
The Cellular Phone Task Force had already compiled a summary of the work of Allan Frey, who had documented ‘microwave hearing’ sixty years ago.
“In 1960, biologist Allan Frey, then 25, was working at General Electric’s Advanced Electronics Center at Cornell University when he was contacted by a technician whose job was to measure the signals emitted by radar stations. The technician claimed that he could “hear” radar.
Frey traveled to the facility where the man worked and stood at the edge of the radar beam. “And sure enough, I could hear it, too,” he said. “I could hear the radar going ‘zip, zip, zip’.” Frey went on to establish that the effect was real—microwave radiation from radar (and other source) could somehow be heard by human beings. The “hearing,” however, didn’t happen via normal sound waves perceived through the ear. It apparently occurred somewhere in the brain itself, as microwaves interacted with the brain’s cells, which generate tiny electrical fields. Frey proved also that many deaf people and animals could hear microwave radiation. This phenomenon came to be known as the Frey effect, or simply “microwave hearing.”
At that time the U.S. military, which was interested in greatly expanding its use of radar around populated areas, had substantial funding available to investigate the effects of such radiation on health. For the next two decades Frey, funded by the Office of Naval Research and the U.S. Army, was the most active researcher on the bioeffects of microwave radiation in the country. Frey caused rats to become docile by exposing them to radiation at an average power level of only 50 microwatts per square centimeter. He altered specific behaviors of rats at 8 microwatts per square centimeter. He altered the heart rate of live frogs at 3 microwatts per square centimeter. At only 0.6 microwatts per square centimeter, he caused isolated frogs’ hearts to stop beating by timing the microwave pulses at a precise point during the heart’s rhythm. 0.6 microwatts per square centimeter is about 10,000 times less than the amount of radiation an active cell phone would expose a man’s heart to if he carried it in his shirt pocket.
In a study published in 1975 in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, Frey reported that microwaves could induce “leakage” in the barrier between the circulatory system and the brain. Breaching the blood-brain barrier is a serious matter. It means that bacteria, viruses and toxins from the blood can enter the brain. It means the brain’s environment, which needs to be extremely stable for nerve cells to function properly, can be perturbed in other dangerous ways. Frey’s method was rather simple: He injected a fluorescent dye into the circulatory system of white rats, then swept the ¬microwave frequencies across their bodies. In a matter of minutes, the dye had leached into the confines of the rats’ brains. Dr. Leif Salford [] is currently the most active researcher continuing Frey’s pioneering work on the blood-brain barrier. - Cellular Phone Task Force

Digital developments are opening up great opportunities for mankind. However, these can only be used safely if the potential health risks are known and avoided. What do the latest scientific studies and findings reveal? This fact-based report calls for an open debate and sees itself as a piece of education for the responsible consumer. Renowned scientists have their say, as do committed doctors, developers, building biologists and those affected. Solutions for a digital future are shown as well as the visualized course of a privately financed, new study carried out by an interdisciplinary, international team. We embark on an exciting cinematic journey and show the flip side of common progress advertising. For the first time, study results are presented that should make everyone sit up and take notice. Scientists present demonstrable evidence of the harmful effects of radiation exposure on health, whether this happens directly to the ear or indirectly via mobile phone towers.
Postscript:
DID YOU KNOW: A 2020 article noted “China Unicom decided to put some 5G base stations to sleep between 9pm and 9am, prompting concern from users. A recent white paper from telecom equipment maker Huawei illustrates the problem: 5G base stations use up to three-and-a-half times more energy than 4G infrastructure. Part of the problem is that this new generation of mobile connectivity requires more densely placed base stations.
5G is another unexamined technological innovation with increased energy demands requiring more discernment by consumers. Many individuals experiencing microwave hearing report that the strength of the signal/noise increases at various times of the day, including commuter hours. Communities, individuals, and health care providers should have access to complete disclosure of current and increasing exposures to compare with symptoms. Post market effects should be monitored and adverse impacts investigated.
“If society continues to accept synthetic EMF exposure as harmless and inevitable, it remains vulnerable, unknowingly complicit in its own decline.” -Keith Cutter, EMF Remedy
